Possess a verified and clear professional degree or qualification in nursing or a closely related health field at the minimum level of a bachelor’s degree (or higher, such as a master’s degree) from a recognized educational institution.

Licensed or registered as a Registered Nurse (RN) in at least one jurisdiction, demonstrating legal authorization to practice professional nursing.

Completion of formal training, internship, or supervised clinical experience in home health, community health, or chronic care nursing (often including practical application in patients’ homes, outpatient settings, or community-based programs).

Relevant professional certifications in home health, community health, or related areas are preferred, such as those from internationally recognized bodies (e.g., Certified Home Health Nurse, Certified in Community Health Nursing, Certified in Gerontological Nursing, or equivalent national/international credentials in home health or chronic care nursing).

Previous experience providing home health nursing care, including comprehensive patient assessment, medication management, wound care, chronic disease education and monitoring, post-hospitalization follow-up, infusion therapy, palliative support, patient and family caregiver education, safety evaluations, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery, independence, and quality of life in the home setting (in-person or telehealth where appropriate).
