Description
Personal assistant/planner for the CEO of a diversified biomedical company with interests in SE Asia and in particular in the Philippines.
Candidate should send CV. Required very good written and oral english, Experience in planning and scheduling. Ability to work independently but also works well in small groups. Schedule will be flexible since the job will span different time zones. You will be responsible to plan with the executive team the visits of the CEO in different countries, prepare the documentation (some might be technical so you will have support), follow up after the meetings and arrange the stays for the CEO, travel included. When the CEO or other executive is in the Philippines the work will be in person. Possibility to travel so passport will be a plus. Working ability with MS office required. Excel ability required. Knowledge of scheduling tools like calendly required. Google suit knowledge is a plus. Working knowledge of main communication programs (Whatsapp, Facebook messanger, Telegram and Wechat) mandatory. Quick learner, intellectually curious and socially comfortable preferred. Screening will be through CV evaluation (send to info@ecmius.com), then questionnaire, video call and in person interview. Salary is competitive plus bonus. Some medical field knowledge will be an asset.
