Estimator Aluminum windows and doors, Makati

We are looking for an estimator to join our growing team in UPVC/Aluminum Doors and Windows, reporting to the Supervisor, Manager and CEO.

The position requires a positive, efficient, and organized person that can work on their own and in a team environment.

About the role:

Interpret and review drawings and material specifications.

Responsible for providing accurate material take offs, estimates and detailed material breakdown for bidding purposes.

Identify and compare the discrepancies between measured/estimated quantity and builder/client BOQ.

Responsible for doing scope markup based on issued SOW (Scope of works) and Windows and Doors Material Specifications.

Ability to plan, manage, and strategize estimating activities required to meet tender programmes.

Flexible in working relevant jobs in estimating.

Maintain organized files and appropriate documentation of completed work.

Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
