Security Guard, Ilocos Norte

The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property. This position involves surveillance, enforcing policies, and reporting incidents to maintain a safe, secure, and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol Premises: Regularly patrol assigned areas, including buildings, parking lots, and other properties, to detect and deter suspicious activities.
• Monitor Surveillance Systems: Operate and monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
• Respond to Incidents: Respond quickly to emergencies, including alarms, fire outbreaks, or accidents, and follow appropriate procedures.
• Access Control: Monitor entrances and exits, verify credentials, and enforce access control policies to restrict unauthorized entry.
• Write Reports: Document and report all incidents, accidents, and unusual activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs.
• Enforce Policies: Enforce site-specific rules and regulations, including parking, safety, and conduct policies.
• Assist Visitors: Provide assistance to visitors and employees by answering questions or directing them to proper locations.
• First Aid: Provide first aid or CPR when necessary and assist emergency responders during medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with Law Enforcement: When required, communicate with local authorities or law enforcement to report incidents or resolve security concerns.
