Sales Jobs: Telesales Executive, Makati

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible in converting leads into clients through effective counselling and managing team performance to achieve set targets. You should possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to optimize processes for enhanced efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve a lead-to-counselling conversation ratio of 60% and a lead-to-documentation conversion rate of 40%.
Conduct effective counselling sessions to convert leads into clients.
Manage and monitor individual target and performance.
Locate and establish partnerships with lead-generating companies to increase lead flow.
Handle personal complaints within the CRM system efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution.
Ensure that all necessary documents for consultant applications, visas, and Statements of Purpose (SOP) are obtained and completed.
After counselling, the telesales executive will follow up until the application documents are ready.

Find processes to enhance lead conversion and overall efficiency.
Manage compliance with CRM system usage and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on sales performance if required
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities to effectively manage team performance and achieve goals.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Certification in sales or customer relationship management is a plus.
Experience selling educational products or services within the Australian education system is a plus
Possess sound knowledge in the Australian education and migration industry.
Ability to apply energy and creativity to meeting sales goals
