Recruitment Lead - Individual Contributor (Employment …, Makati

Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing: Identify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews, collaborate with hiring managers, and streamline the recruitment process.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a talent pool, foster candidate relationships, and ensure a positive experience.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Recruitment: Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
- Recruitment Techniques: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and recruitment pipelines efficiently.
- Analytical Aptitude: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Willing to work in Makati Office (3x/week onsite)
