• Validate submitted medical certificates and issue hospital referrals when required.
• Maintain detailed employee health records, including medical and clinic visits.
• Promote health programs such as seminars, counseling, and wellness activities.
• Oversee medical supplies and ensure accurate inventory.
• Assist in the companys annual physical exams and ensure compliance with government health benefits.
• Submit timely health reports and handle other health-related tasks as needed.
