Warehouse/Fulfillment Officer, Manila

The Warehouse/Fulfillment Officer ensures accurate and efficient inventory management by validating shipments, monitoring stock levels, and addressing discrepancies. This role oversees stock organization, prepares outgoing orders, processes deliveries, and supports returns, exchanges, and quality checks. The officer also assists in regular stocktakes and maintains accurate records to ensure smooth warehouse and fulfillment operations.

• Monitor and analyze inventory data to maintain optimal stock levels and address discrepancies.
• Develop and update inventory reports and dashboards for effective decision-making.
• Manage replenishment, allocation, and implement strategies for efficient inventory control.
• Act as a liaison with Sales and Customer Service to address potential supply issues.
• Ensure stockroom cleanliness and organization, with all items properly labeled and stored.
• Receive and process incoming deliveries, verifying items against orders and organizing stocks.
• Pick and prepare outgoing deliveries and online orders accurately.
• Assist in processing returns, exchanges, pullouts, and repairs.
• Support weekly stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Conduct quality checks for raw materials to meet company standards.
