Description

Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping;
Process and replenish merchandise as well as monitor floor stock;
Handle customers request and escalate to management where appropriate;
Help update in store price changes and checks;
Meet or exceed set sales targets;
Help monitor store security through vigilant customer service and consistent implementation of store back office and FSR procedures
Prepare Items for Display
Check & confirm readiness of merchandise for display; ensure only items of good quality are displayed; facilitate return of defective items to the warehouse
Update New Price Tags for Promotions
Ensure timely preparation & display of merchandise upon delivery; update e-tags of merchandise
Monitor Item Replenishments
Replenish display modules and maintain full display of merchandise; inform Store Manager/ Supervisor items for replenishment; ensure that there are enough stocks to meet sales target
