Claims Ops Assistant (CSR)

As a Claim Operations -Claim Assistant, you will be part of a diverse team accountable for providing back-office support to NA Claims and contributing to the achievement of delivering an exceptional client experience. The main function of an Operations Claim Assistant Level 1 is to perform claim file maintenance, manage forms and correspondence and claim reporting within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. 

Job Responsibilities include: 

• Processing assigned work according to defined workflows and guidelines to deliver a quality product and internal customer service. 
• Ability to balance both quality and productivity expectations within a high-volume, transactional work environment to help meet business and customer service demands. 
• Ensure that all activities performed are documented completely and accurately. 
• Recognize, prioritize, and escalate priority requests according to established guidelines. 
• Create and maintain accurate productivity logs for the purpose of tracking department results. 
• Critical Communications with our business partners to meet customer requirements.
