Position: German Customer Experience Specialist Industry: Travel Agency Location: Makati City Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 85,000 Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6:42pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday Work Setup: Work Onsite Benefits: HMO Government Mandated Benefits Sick Leave Vacation Leave 2 days off per week Free visa Processing Rice Allowance Other benefits will be discussed during Job offer Requirements: Preferably Filipino nationals who can speak German and English language on a conversational level Degree Holder in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field Working experience overseas and for international company is a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer literate and with good web navigation skills At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality Responsibilities: Handle inquiries and bookings from German and English speaking accounts. Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers Handling of emergency calls (24 hrs emergency phone) Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into German Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collectpayment/fees Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company.
