Position: French Customer Service Associate Industry: Travel Agency Location: Makati City Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 85,000 Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6:42pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday Work Setup: Onsite Benefits: HMO Government Mandated Benefits Sick Leave Vacation Leave 2 days off per week Rice Allowance Other benefits will be discussed during Job offer Requirements: Fluent in French and English. Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer literate and with good web navigation skills. At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality. Responsibilities: Handle inquiries and bookings from French and English speaking accounts. Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers Handling of emergency calls (24 hrs emergency phone) Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into French Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company.
