  1. Asset Management:

  1. Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and delivery of IT assets and supplies.
  • Ensure timely distribution of IT equipment to employees and facilitate returns or replacements as needed.
  • Manage stock levels, reorders, and replenishments of IT hardware and supplies.
  1. Procurement and Vendor Management:
  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating vendors for IT equipment and services.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries, returns, and warranties for IT assets.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including purchases, allocations, warranties, and disposal.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on inventory status, asset utilization, and depreciation.
