Associate Purchasing Manager, Makati

The Associate Purchasing Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement process for all products, materials, and services required by SMEG Philippines. This role includes ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining inventory levels. The Associate Purchasing Manager will work closely with internal departments such as sales, operations, and logistics to ensure the seamless flow of products and materials, aligning purchasing strategies with company goals.

• Assist in developing and executing the purchasing strategy for products, materials, and services, aligning it with the companys objectives and budget.
• Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and inventory levels to plan purchasing activities effectively.
• Ensure the procurement plan meets the needs of various departments, including sales, production, and marketing, while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project and operational requirements, ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of goods and resolve any shipment or delivery issues.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that promotional materials and products are sourced according to demand and seasonal trends.
