Contracts Manager (Chinese Speaking), Nueva Ecija

We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Contracts Manager to oversee contract compliance and administration for the construction of a solar power plant. The role involves guiding the technical team on contract matters, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, and optimizing project execution. This project-based position will require travel to the construction site in Nueva Ecija and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee compliance with all contractual terms and conditions specific to solar power plant construction.

Guide the technical team on contract interpretation, administration, and dispute resolution.

Identify and manage potential risks related to project contracts, ensuring all project milestones are met within the contractual framework.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and financial/legal teams to analyze contract performance and cost implications.

Facilitate contract negotiations, amendments, and claims related to the construction of the solar power plant.

Ensure thorough documentation and record-keeping of contract changes, approvals, and communications.

Support process improvements for contract administration in alignment with the project's goals and timelines.

Communicate effectively in Chinese and English with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
