Warehouse Admin, Pasay

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate storage, retrieval, and management of materials and equipment within our warehouse facility. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution functions to support the company's construction and development projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of materials and equipment
• Accurately record inventory levels and movements in the warehouse management system
• Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing material request for construction site's use
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with stock taking and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools safely and effectively, as deemed necessary
• Follow all health, safety, and quality protocols to minimize risks and errors
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and address any issues
