  • Responsible for planning, initiating, coordinating and executing promotional programs with aim at maximizing sales for assigned accounts to achieve/exceed sales targets. 
  • Plan, manage and control trade spend and discounts.
  • Understanding the needs and requirements of clients
  • Trying to build long-standing professional relationships with clients to create a mutually beneficial environment
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of products and services to clients
  • Developing long-term strategies for client retention and making plans to implement them
  • Identifying high-value clients and developing strategies to build relationships with them
  • Work closely with marketing and trade marketing team on program planning and execution
  • Work closely with supply chain team to ensure availability of stocks according to promotion plan
  • Communicates all Management directives and department goals to team members
  • Set up and monitor project shipments from initiation, execution, and billing.
  • Support Planning department for determining cost-effective means of transporting various types of products and equipment considering the delivery requirements.
  • Analyze routes and means of transportation, negotiate fees, and coordinate with the Operation Department.
  • Examine key clients and rates and translate the information into cost reports to present to management.
  • Monitor all key clients performance and provide feedback to key clients /management.
  • Responsible for each key accounts clients according to needs and negotiating rates.
  • Responsible for setting up service reports for key clients.
  • Perform profit and cost analysis for various accounts.
  • Participate in meetings with clients as necessary.
  • Conduct special projects which may be assigned by the key clients.
  • Perform assigned functions in the transportation field, consistent with regulations, standards, established policies, and business requirements.
