Description

Manage account team and provide feedback.
Maintain long-term and profitable customers / clients relationship.
Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed.
Weekly checking of Daily Time Record (DTR)of employees
Settlement of payroll disputes and other payroll concerns encountered by the employees.
Religiously monitor clients account both with regards to employees attendance, employees violations and employees job performances.
Maintaining usable data, manning records and documents.
Conduct orientation and training to the newly hired employees before deployment to respective clients.
Assist day-to-day operations and support managing clients account for operational activities.
Identify employees and clients concerns and provide feedback as well as recommendation.
Finalization of requisitions for site requirements such as employees uniform, PPE, Medicine, Company and other operational needs.
Compile and update employees 201 files records with complete attachment of requirements, checklist, updated contract base on manning and latest payroll.
Coordinate communications w/ candidates and schedule interview.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Conduct orientation and training to the newly hired employees before deployment to respective work assignment.
Deal with employees request regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the top management from time to time.
