Production Assistant, Manila

Pre-production:

• Assist with organizing and preparing equipment, props, and locations for shoots.
• Help with scheduling and coordinating shoots, including managing talent and crew logistics.
• Assist in script reading and preparation, ensuring all necessary materials are ready for production.
• Support the production team in setting up video and audio equipment, lighting, and camera gear.

On-set Support:

• Act as a general production assistant on set, handling various tasks such as managing equipment, coordinating talent, and assisting with crowd control.
• Set up and maintain props, scenery, and background elements during shoots.
• Ensure the set is organized, clean, and safe.
• Assist with camera operation, if needed, and manage cables, batteries, and other equipment during production.

Post-production:

• Help with the organization and labeling of video footage for editing.
• Assist in the logging and syncing of audio and video files.
• Support the editing team in assembling rough cuts and final edits, including trimming footage, adding graphics, and assisting with color grading.
• Perform administrative tasks such as organizing and archiving files, maintaining records of footage, and managing production schedules.

Other Duties:

• Maintain inventory of production equipment and props.
• Provide general administrative support to the production team as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative meetings, providing input where appropriate.
