2.WILL BE THE SAFETY OFFICER OF THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TEAM

3.WILL SUPERVISE THE DISPATCH SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES AT THE DIFFERENT SHOPS

4.ASSIST THE MANAGER IN REVIEWING AND APPROVAL OF SERVICE REPORTS,

CONSTRUCTION PLANS, COST ESTIMATES AND TECHNICAL INNOVATION

5.ASSIST IN PROVIDING COST SAVINGS AND EFFICIENCY PLANS FOR PARTS AND EQUIPMENT

6.IMPLEMENT SOPS FOR HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND WORK JOB ORDERS

7.ANALYZE THE TASKS TO MAXIMIZE MANPOWER AND SIMPLY PROCESSES

8.HANDLE THE TECHNICIANS

9.ASSIST THE MANAGER IN CREATING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROCESSES

10.WILL ASSIST IN PROCESSING SHOP PERMITS

11.KNOWLEDGEABLE IN KITCHEN EQUIPMENT (HOT AND COLD) OPERATIONS, REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

12.KNOWLEDGE OF EXHAUST SYSTEM, ACU, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, AND PUMP MOTOR OPERATIONS, REPAIRS, AND MAINTENANCE

13.KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ACCOMPLISHING SERVICE REPORT (SR)
