• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Assist in preparing BIR Tax Returns and other BIR compliance.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting documents for audits or tax filings.
• Assist in managing online banking transactions.
• Support the team in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Help with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records in accounting software.

 Responsible for controlling income and expenditures.

 Conduct internal audits on financial activities.

 Maintain and prepare Budget and Expense Report.

 Prepare check payments and deposits and other payables.

 Prepare SOA and other receivables from clients.

 Maintain accurate financial records.

 Manage Quick books Accounting software.

 Perform such other functions as may be required from time to time.

• Provide administrative support to the accounting department and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Help analyze financial data and prepare summaries for management review.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly financial closings by reconciling accounts and generating reports.
