Sales Strategy Development

• Develops and implements effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the construction and industrial sectors. Analyzes market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Building Client Relationships

• Establishes and maintains long-term relationship with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. This includes regular meetings and product presentation to understand their needs and provides tailored solutions in collaboration with Development Manager.
• Collaboration with Business Development Team
• Collaborates with colleagues to develop effective sales and market strategies that align with business goals.

Team Management

• Recruits, trains, and mentors a high-performing sales team. Sets sales targets and monitors team performance, provides feedback and coaching as needed.

Client Relationship Management

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients in the construction and industrial markets. Addresses client needs and resolves any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Operations

• Oversees the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Ensures all sales activities are aligned with company policies and objectives.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepares regular sales reports and forecasts. Analyzes sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
