Accounting Specialist, Mandaluyong

Provides support to Cignal Operations Group by handling the daily operations and reporting of subsidiaries controlled by Cignal, through timely release of financial and operational performance reports to Management and information analyses. Primary responsibilities will include preparation of accounting entries and reports in compliance with reporting requirement of management and various government agencies.

1. Monitor the day to day activities of subsidiaries of Cignal in an accurate and efficient manner

2. Prepares schedules/ reports of Internal and External Reporting, Accrual and Analytics and Affiliates Accounting.

3. Coordinates with other groups and affiliates regarding any information needed for the preparation of reports.

4. Communicate issues encountered in Operations in a timely manner and seek areas for improvements in current processes,

5. Ensure timely submission of financial reports and analyses through close coordination with various groups

6. Performs analytical review of balances and identify accounts for adjustments
