Scaffolding Supervisor / Scaffolding Yard in Charge, Manila

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

1. Oversee the accurate management of inventory, including receiving, dispatching, and storing scaffolding materials.

2. Maintain precise records of all materials sent to and received from various project sites across the UAE.

3. Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage procedures are followed.

4. Manage large sets of data using Excel to reconcile stock movements, usage, and balances.

5. Regularly update and audit inventory records to ensure accuracy.

6. Prepare and analyze reports on material consumption, forecast material shortages or excess stock, and take appropriate action to prevent shortages.

7. Generate regular inventory reports detailing stock status, materials on order, and material forecasts for future projects.

8. Ensure accurate reporting of material usage, shortages, and excesses to management.

9. Provide forecasting on scaffolding material needs based on project timelines and demands.

10. Coordinate the logistics of material movement, including sending and receiving scaffolding materials to/from various projects.

11. Ensure materials are available for timely dispatch to projects and returned materials are recorded accurately.

12. Manage relationships with transportation providers for material shipments.

13. Liaise with clients like ADNOC, DP, and others regarding scaffolding material supply requirements.

14. Collect and verify time sheets for invoicing purposes.

15. Ensure client communication is professional and efficient.

16. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all materials.

17. Maintain accurate records for audits, client reporting, and invoicing.

18. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

19. Supervise and coordinate yard staff responsible for material handling, inventory, and dispatch.

20. Train and develop staff on best practices in inventory and materials management.

21. Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for client communication, report writing, and team coordination.

22. Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate material handling.
