Responsibilities

  • Main task is to ensure on a daily basis, updated records of Warehouse inventory balance
  • Update records of construction site, In and Out and running balance of materials ( if with warehouseman)
  • Updated records of construction site balance of NON-CONSUMABLE materials ( if no warehouseman)
  • Will collate/collect all data related to materials/inventory from Accounting (Check Vouchers - all IN from CVs, PCF, CA liquidns) and all data from warehouse Fairview all data from site (Construction In and Out if with warehouseman)
  • Assist weekly payroll (workers/helper)
  • Other accounting task
  • Can start ASAP
