Description
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees and assist HR Supervisor in conceptualizing the department's over-all plans and programs.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Contribute to training program development for staff at Makati Sports Club, Inc.
  • Ensure that the daily activities of the human resources relating to staffing, recruitment, training and other HR related activities has been monitored according to plans and programs.
  • Attends employees complaints and maintains employees records.
  • Responsible for verifying employee attendance such as time schedule, day-off, leave, and secure that this has been approved at the end of the cut-off/pay period prior to encoding to the payroll system.
  • Prepares R & F payroll and other HR related report.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
