QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months to 1 year of Management Trainee/OIC, Team Lead, Supervisory or Managerial experiences
• Experience in Beauty and Wellness Industry or Retail is an advantage
• College graduate/at least college level/graduate of any 2-year course
• Customer service oriented
• With team management skills
• Sales oriented
• Amenable to work in a mall working hours

Customer Service

• Focus on customer relations
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints

Sales and Cash Management

• Work with Area Sales and Operations Manager(s) to achieve monthly sales target and performance metrics.
• Safekeeping of cash sales.
• Establishes clean and challenging sales objective by conducting daily huddle.

Local Store Marketing

• Oversees local store marketing (LSM) activities as designated by the Head of Marketing
• Ensures that all in-mall and in-store marketing collaterals should be displayed at the appropriate locations andmonitored as to expiration of display.
• People Management
• Communicate information about new products, services and company promotions, training his team to offer the same to the clients
• Performs coaching and mentoring sessions with team members to achieve performance standards
• Manage training schedule of team members to ensure they undergo required corporate training.
• Promote culture of discipline in the store
• Quality Store Operations
• Maintain salon organization and sanitation, inventory control, security and asset protection
