Business Analytics Unit Head - Makati

The Business Analytics Unit Head is mainly responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to optimize performance which includes the following:

1. Provide data support to business units.
2. Participate in the development of company-wide projects.
3. Oversee and spearhead system enhancements of the department.
4. Build, develop and maintain data monitoring reports, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
5. Design and build technical processes to address business issues.
6. Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
7. Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
8. Monitor movement of projects for the year of the department to ensure business impact.
9. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Department Head from time to time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Furnish relevant data to business units that would help them analyze and assess the performance of the business.
2. Collaborate with, train and coach other staff members while working closely with senior management for the development of company-wide projects.
3. Monitor the progress of the system enhancements of the business units.
4. Create monitoring templates that will help business units to keep track of their production.
5. Analyze data to identify issues that might have downstream impacts and use the information to propose process improvements.
6. Prepare the data for the review of the key performance indicators of the business functions.
7. Check the accuracy of data being prepared by the Business Analytics staff.
8. May be asked to perform special tasks as instructed by Manager or Management
