- Directing the Finance and Accounting function to ensure accurate and timely closing of books and financial reporting for internal and external purposes.
- Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost and Financial Analysis
- Ensures that corporate documents (BIR, SEC, etc.) are up-to-date and available.
- Oversees timely month and year-end closing and reporting.
- Participates in budget planning when requested.
- Double check custom/import documents like IED, AFTA etc.
- Verifies corporate income tax due based on available information.
- Liaises with external auditor regarding fiscal and year-end audit.
- Focal point with the BIR during tax audit(s) and other relevant matters.
- Reviews bi-monthly payroll for submission to MP/MD
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
