OBJECTIVE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment and Staffing
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns and inquiries.
- Address employee grievances, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive workplace environment by promoting communication and engagement.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure company policies are up-to-date.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Benefits and Compensation Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health benefits, employee program plan, and leave management.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Coordinate employee compensation reviews and manage performance appraisal processes.
