• Organize clean dishes for easy access by kitchen and serving staff.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, ensuring no backlog of dirty dishes.
• Regularly clean floors, mats, sinks, and other kitchen surfaces as directed.

Waste Management:

• Empty trash and clean garbage cans at regular intervals.
• Separate recyclables and dispose of waste according to kitchen policies.

Supporting Kitchen Staff:

• Assist with light food prep or cleaning tasks as requested by kitchen staff.
• Ensure constant availability of clean kitchenware during service hours.
