Job Title: Inventory and Admin Assistant
Location: Mandaluyong, Metro Manila
Job Summary:
The Inventory and Admin Assistant will be crucial in supporting daily operations and inventory management. This individual will assist with project material preparation, equipment and tool maintenance, office cleanliness, and various administrative tasks such as report encoding and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in preparing materials and equipment needed for projects
- Checks and maintains inventory of equipment and tools after project completion
- Helps maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Runs errands such as document collection and delivery
- Encodes reports from projects using MS Word
- Conducts monthly inventory checks and prepares corresponding reports
- Provides general administrative support as needed
