As an Outbound Sales Agent you will play a crucial role within the Forex Trading onboarding process. All leads have opted in to hear about the companys wide range of trading education programs.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Hunt for business opportunities through a high volume (100-150+ calls per day) of outbound activity in a metric-driven sales process
• Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and the market trends
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner
• Solicit sales, provide information about products and services, or handle complaints
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
• Negotiating and closing sales and establishing new customer accounts
