- Troubleshoots repairs and maintains electrical, mechanical, clean and waste water distribution systems including electric motors and pumps, electric controls, fire alarms, and STP;
- Installs, troubleshoots and repairs new equipment and systems, including all mall lights and programmable lighting controls;
- Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to National electrical Code Requirements and reports back to Mall Engineer;
- Assists in the writing of specifications for repairs and maintenance of mall equipment;
- Maintains appropriate service and repair records;
- Performs inventories of tools, equipment and parts, chemicals and supplies;
- Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service;
- Assists and serves as back up to other facilities employees
- Performs other task related to the services.
