  • Assist the Legal Division Head in identifying all business processes with regulatory requirements are properly documented.
  • Administer the movement of legal documents including the status of pending cases filed in court or quasi-judicial bodies from the retained counsel or not.
  • Assist the Legal Division Head to ensure that the company is compliant with existing regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the Legal Division Head in managing the affairs of the division including the representation of other Division if the Legal Division Head is disposed of or could not be able to attend personally.
  • Can work independently with less supervision.
