Description
  • Conducts a comprehensive evaluation of defective parts returned to the customer. Ensure proper implementation of existing policies and procedures and also ensure cordial coordination with both internal and external customers in resolving issues, queries, and concerns.
  • Secure correctsample for product development including handling of related processes involved such as evaluation and endorsement up to the final phase of product development. Ensure that these parts are properly endorsed and documented through the Product Information Sheet.
  • Handles research and data gathering of existing and new products, its parts and related parts obtained from different catalogues and from available electronic data in order to continuously update and establish complete details in the product library.
  • Conducts research inspection of items from shipment arrival and prepares reports using parts evaluation form. Ensure that all defects, variances and discrepancies are properly accounted for and documented and endorsed for clarification of suppliers.
  • Assists in designing and preparing labels and stickers of various brands necessary in rema processes. ensure excellent output quality of these labels and stickers and guarantee a 100% inspection per set standards.
  • Prepare visual aids related to IDS operations including visuals for proper packaging and placing of stickers of old and new products to guide warehouse members in the operation effectively.
  • Actively participates and consistently assists the team in the completion and regular updates of the electronic parts catalog. Ensure effective product layout, accuracy of measurement, technical specification, and encoding of product description. Generate hard copies of the catalog as alternative references.
  • Familiarize and master parts and their specifications such as material used and its characteristics, functions, model applications, parts number structures and territorial and market preferences.
  • Perform other tasks/projects or related functions that immediate superior or head may assign from time to time.
