Description
  • Responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling the companys life insurance products through the provision of financial planning service to Seafarers.
  • Responsible for the overall delivery of sales targets, execution and implementation of Affinity Marketings strategies and initiatives by conducting presentations, identifying the needs of clients, recommending solutions, closing the sale, and rendering after-sales service
  • Manages and consistently builds a mutually beneficial relationship with counterparts (Crewing Managers and Marine Personnel Coordinators) to ensure that adequate support in terms of Group insurance sales and leads generation for individual insurance.
  • Ensures the delivery of issued policy contract to client within the agreed turnaround time
  • Ensures the attainment of sales target on a monthly basis
  • Builds, develops, and maintains a mutually beneficial relationship with counterparts to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads/referrals; regularly provides feedback and updates to counterparts as to the status of leads and/or submitted applications
