1.Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and customer specifications.

2. Ensure food is prepared and presented with high quality and consistency.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and

cleaning equipment.

4. Monitor food inventory and report shortages or issues to the [Kitchen/Store Manager].

5. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

6. Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes.

7. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

8. Functions in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures and

applicable laws.

9. Perform other functions and duties as may be directed by the immediate Head and

Management.
