The Service Advisor is responsible for advising customers on available parts for replacement, service needed, and service options. He / she also provide computation for the services offered and parts to be replaced. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between the customers and service technicians and communicates vehicular problems, repair timeline, and provide customers with accurate descriptions about the customers concerns vice versa.
