• Daily bill entering
• Advertising properties
• Tenant invoice entering
• Authorities & owner instructions
•  Rental proposals
•  Processing signed leases
•  Processing signed renewals
•  Creating and serving rent increases
•  Lodging bonds
•  Connect Now referrals
•  Buyer advocate & broker rental estimates
•  Board orders
•  Setting up takeover files
•  Bing mail
•  Finalizing and archiving tenancies - setting up and removing hello contacts
•  Saving property marketing material
•  Taking out landlord insurance policies
•  Processing tenant transfers
•  Monthly average DoM
•  Updating compliance dates and saving reports
•  Preparing and sending compliance lists to trades monthly
