- Daily bill entering
- Advertising properties
- Tenant invoice entering
- Authorities & owner instructions
- Rental proposals
- Processing signed leases
- Processing signed renewals
- Creating and serving rent increases
- Lodging bonds
- Connect Now referrals
- Buyer advocate & broker rental estimates
- Board orders
- Setting up takeover files
- Bing mail
- Finalizing and archiving tenancies - setting up and removing hello contacts
- Saving property marketing material
- Taking out landlord insurance policies
- Processing tenant transfers
- Monthly average DoM
- Updating compliance dates and saving reports
- Preparing and sending compliance lists to trades monthly
