Transport Assistant, Manila

Coordinates and communicates with third party warehouse personnel , truckers , salesmen , customers and in all levels of the Logistics group .

Ensures that all invoiced orders are dispatched and delivered on-time and in-full .

Ensures that all trucking related issues and concerns are attended to and settled at reasonable length of time .

Summarize all orders and make a route planning based on load (kgs)/number of drops and loop.

Assigned trucks that will cater the needs of the order as to type of vehicle and capacity at the least cost possible.

Generate global picking list that will be submitted to Warehouse for stock preparation.

Coordinate closely with accredited third party truck provider and ensure appearance for loading in order to serve customer requirements.

Closely monitor and coordinate with sales for any risk of rejections during delivery to save the stocks from possible rejections.

Submit daily and monthly routing analysis report for the freight being incurred vs the departments set objective.
