Sales Coordinator, Manila

Provide support to the VP of Operation and Head of Sales by making price proposals for their review.

Assist the VP for Operation and Head of Sales in catering to the needs of their clients.

Handles accounts assigned by the VP for Operations and Head of Sales (Office Accounts)

Receive orders via telephone, email or mail and check if they have correct prices, discounts and product codes and contacting customers to resolve any queries

Doing telemarketing and customer call via phone calls.

Product sample/s preparations

Attend to meetings and take minutes - MOM

Answer inquiries received thru Facebook, Ig, Viber and landline

Provide comparative reports needed by the VP & Sales Manager for the quarterly and annual performance evaluation of the sales representatives

Ensures that Sales Representatives have enough sales support material, such as product brochures, business card, marketing collaterals, etc

Assist the Sales team in clerical and administrative tasks

Organize exhibitions, fairs and promotional events or digital campaigns within and outside Metro Manila.
