Job Description
We are hiring Travel Account Specialists to assist clients with flight, hotel, and travel inquiries. Ensure smooth bookings and provide accurate information to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with bookings, changes, or cancellations
- Provide accurate travel information, schedules, and promotions
- Record customer interactions and update documentation
- Escalate complex concerns when needed
- Meet customer service and quality standards
Schedule & Training
- Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on travel systems and company processes
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and multitasking
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
