Sales Representative, Mandaue

Summary:

Responsible for promoting and selling the companys products and services, maintaining good customer relationships, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring accurate and timely sales documentation.

Responsibilities:

1.    Promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective clients

2.    Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and product presentations

3.    Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents accurately

4.    Answer inquiries of clients thru email and phone calls

5.    Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting for order fulfillment and collections

6.    Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the Sales Supervisor when necessary

7.    Maintain updated client records, sales reports, and activity logs

8.    Establish New Accounts
