Job Description:

The Bingo Package Teller is responsible for providing excellent customer service by selling bingo packages, cards, and other related items. They must accurately count money, maintain a clean and organized cashier area, and follow all policies and regulations. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle cash, and a positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Cash Handling: Sells bingo cards, packages, and top-up loads for electronic bingo machines to customers, ensuring accurate cash, credit, or debit transactions.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Balances all papers/electronic vouchers and cash collected, ensuring cash-on-hand tallies with the total sales, and prepares daily operation reports.
• Customer Service: Greets customers warmly, assists them with game rules, and provides excellent service to create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Inventory Management: Manages and maintains game supplies, including cards, thermal rolls, and collaterals.
• Game Support: Verifies winning bingo cards and processes payouts, ensuring compliance with PAGCOR regulations.
• Site Maintenance: Ensures the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the gaming site and cashier area.
• Promotional Activity: Participates in marketing efforts, such as distributing leaflets (flyering) and informing players of special events.

Requirements:

• Education: At least High School graduate, Senior High School level, or college level/graduate.
• Experience: With or without work experience (training is often provided).

• Skills:

-Strong math skills for accurate cash handling.

-Proficiency in POS systems or cash registers.

-Good communication skills in Filipino and English.

• Attributes: Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, with a pleasing personality.
• Flexibility: Willing to work shifting schedules (mall hours, weekends, holidays, and graveyard shifts).
