Drug Test Analyst, Mandaue

JOB SUMMARY

The Drug Test Analyst is responsible for conducting accurate and reliable drug testing procedures on biological samples. This role ensures compliance with laboratory standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies while maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity of test results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform drug testing procedures (urine, blood, and/or saliva analysis) in accordance with established protocols
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and documentation of specimens
• Maintain chain-of-custody procedures to ensure sample integrity
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
• Record, analyze, and interpret test results accurately
• Prepare and submit timely reports of findings
• Ensure compliance with DOH, FDA, and other applicable regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the laboratory environment
• Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or non-compliance issues
• Assist in audits and quality control procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Medical
• Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Licensed Medical Technologist (preferred)
• Certification in drug testing or toxicology is an advantage
• At least 12 years of relevant laboratory experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and drug testing standards
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
