The Accounting Team Lead will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial standards, and support audits and strategic financial initiatives.

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end close
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Improve accounting systems and processes
• Collaborate with AP/AR, Payroll, Procurement, and other departments
• Process and manage business permit applications and renewals
• Handle and remit government-mandated contributions and payments

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 46 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
