Sales Assistant, Mandaue

The Sr. Technical Sales Representative is responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored product solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and managing the sales process of the branch from initial contact to closing the deal.

SPECIFIC TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sr. Technical Sales Representative, his responsibility shall include but not be limited to the following:

• Lead and manage sales performance at the branch
• Provide service to customers regarding repair of motorcycle tires
• Lead in stock management and ensuring there are no pilferage or losses in the branches
• Gather and report customer and market data
• Represent the branch in meetings and discussions
• Assist customers with technical inquiries, especially on motorcycle tires and other products
• Perform cashiering and use the POS/Odoo system
• Support the team in daily operations

Education:

• At least high school graduate or college level

Experience:

• Experience in sales is a plus

Skills:

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• With basic knowledge in motorcycles and tires

Qualities:

• Willing to learn
• Adaptable and fast learner
