Description
- Foster Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring consistent, effective communication and a high standard of service.
- Client Communication & Project Oversight: Oversee day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and satisfaction across current, upcoming, and future projects. Act as the primary point of contact to anticipate needs and proactively address concerns.
- Team Leadership & Branch Management: Supervise and coordinate staff activities, providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring. Conduct regular visits and assessments of branch operations to ensure compliance with company standards and optimize efficiency.
- Account Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts by representing your team in both external and internal settings. Collaborate closely with direct reports and cross-functional teams to deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations.
- College graduate of any relevant course
- Knowledgeable in RFQ, PHILGEPS & Government Bidding
- Preferably with existing clients and accounts
- At least have 1 to 2 years work experience in IT Industry.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Can start ASAP
